The Free plan gives you access to nearly every feature in HelpdeskHero, including AI content generation, custom domains, the embeddable widget, SEO tools, and API access. The only limitations are a maximum of 2 published articles and the "Powered by HelpdeskHero" branding, which can be removed on the Pro plan.
If you have more than 2 published articles when you downgrade, the excess articles are automatically unpublished but not deleted. They're saved as drafts and will be automatically republished if you upgrade again. The "Powered by HelpdeskHero" branding will also be re-enabled. All other features remain available.
Yes. Pro is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your account returns to the Free plan.
Payments are processed securely through Polar. You can pay with a credit or debit card. Invoices and billing history are available through your billing portal.
